Below is a list of our classes and times. Open gym is open for all members and drop ins. Open gym is a coach free session, however, coaches are available for assistance. Open gym is available during all hours of operations unless two classes are running at one time. If you’re new to CrossFit, consider taking a free trial class, then sign up for a skills class before entering regular classes. Descriptions of the class types are below the schedule.
