Kelsey spent years teaching MOSSA classes and doing her own training at a global gym, but one day her boss convinced her to try out CrossFit and there was no going back. She fell in love with the community, the quick, efficient workouts, and the fact that CrossFit made working out fun. Also Kelsey loved the fact that in CrossFit the focus is on what you can do and your improvements from day to day and not what you look like and this was very empowering to her. Kelsey is passionate about fitness and all of the benefits both physically and mentally that exercise provides, and loves sharing her knowledge with others. CrossFit has has such a huge impact in her life so she decided to get her level one and to start coaching. Kelsey loves being able to share her enthusiasm for a healthy and fit life with as many people as possible and to be able to help others reach their full potential.

Bio:

Holly started CrossFit in her 40's after she was introduced to Crossfit by a friend and fell in love with it instantly. Holly had always been an avid gym goer and had tried numerous different fitness regiments, however she found Crossfit to be the best fit with her busy life and work schedule.  Within a short time Holly noticed huge changes in her level of fitness both in the box and out, and these changes reinforced that she had found the best fitness model.   Holly built many relationships within the Crossfit community and found the members at Dark Star to be an extremely supportive and encouraging, something she had never experienced with other fitness regimes.   Holly’s passion for Crossfit, her love of Dark Star, and her enthusiasm for helping others is what propelled her to take her Crossfit Level 1 trainer course.
