*** Reminder barbell club, endurance class, trial class and open gym are all cancelled this weekend for the Weightlifting Course.

Members competing in the CrossFit Open can do 15.2 in between 9am & 1pm saturday or 1pm-3pm sunday. Please let your coach know what time you'll be attending. Thankyou in advance ***
