ect following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds
Reminder the gym is only open from 9am - 1pm for Open competitors and members to do the WOD. All other classes and open gym times are cancelled for the weekend due to the Weightlifting Clinic being held at the gym this weekend.
If you cannot make it in Saturday, you may come and do the open wod from 1-3 on Sunday. Thank-you
