"fight gone bad"

3 rounds:

wall balls 20/14

sumo deadlift high puls 75/55

box jumps 20/16

push press 75/55

row for cals

Each round is 5 mins long, with a 1 min rest in between rounds. perform one minute of each exercise then move to the next without rest. each rep or cal rowed is counted as 1 rep. score is total reps for all 3 rounds
