10 walking lunges

11 Hand Release Pushups

12 Squat Cleans 115/75

Start with the 1 push press, round 2 starts with the 2 snatch and then the 1 push press, round 3 is the 3 T2B, 2 snatch, 1 push press...ect

so the final roundstarts with 12 squat cleans, 11, 10, 9, 8..... Just like the song... Enoy!
