Strength:

Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes perform 6 back squats

each set should be a tough working set

Metcon:

20 min emom using 1 KB, go AHAP

1) 30 second left arm farmer carry

2) 30 second left arm front rack carry

3) 30 second right arm farmer carry

4) 30 second right arm front rack carry
