A) 9 min EMOM:

1 push press+1 push jerk+1 split jerk

increase weight every 3 sets

B) 20 min EMOM

1) 50 ft front rack walking lunges

2) 8-10 burpees

3) 100 ft suit case carry (50 ft right arm - 50 ft left arm)

4) 30 secs of double unders
