A) every 90 sec x 10 sets:

1 squat clean + 1 hang squat clean

B) 15 min EMOM

1) 10-15 HSPU, any variation

2) 2-3 UB TGU left arm

3) 2-3 UB TGU right arm

4) 10-15 KB swings choose challenging load

5) 10 burpees
