A) 5 TnG deadlifts every min X 6 sets

start around 50%, add as needed, no fails

B) rear elevated split squats with 2 DB/KB 6-8 reps per leg, 60 secs rest between sets

C) 15 min EMOM

1) 30-50 DUS

2) 10-15 FRONT SQUATS 115/75

3) 10-15 HANG POWER CLEANS 115/75
