A) 8 Min EMOM: Hang P Sn + Hang Sq Sn, 1.1 Add weight every other set B) 8 Min EMOM: Hang Power Clean + hang Squat Clean +Push Jerk, 1.1.1 Add weight every other set C) 10 Min AMRAP: 1 Squat clean 135/95 1 Burpee 1 T2B *increase each movement by 1 rep each round until time expires.
