WOD 

A) 15 mins to establish a 1RM Back squat

B) "death by KB swings and burpees"

Min 1, 1 kb swing Plus 1 burpee

Min 2, 2 kb swings Plus 2 burpees 

Min 3, 3 kb swings Plus 3 burpees ect...

When you can no longer fit both movements in the same Minute, drop the kb swings and continue on with burpees
