5 sets @ 70%, 5 sets @ 75% of 1Rm 



B) Front Squat 40X1 tempo 3sets 4 reps rest 2-3 mins  all tough sets



C) 4 clean and jerk @ 60% of 1RM every 3 mins X 4 sets 10am Endurance 10 Min AMRAP: 10 Cal row 3 Wall Walks + 5 min Shuttle Run + 10 Min AMRAP: 10 Cal Row 10 push-ups + 5 min Shuttle Run + 10 Min AMRAP: 10 cal row 10 Pull Ups + 5 min Shuttle Run
