A) 4 Sq Sn every 3 mins x 4 sets. Start @ 60 % and add 5lbs every set. *drop the bar from OH every reps, quick reset B) FSq @ 40X1 tempo, 3x4 reps, rest 2-3 mins - all challenging sets C) Squat clean + Above Knee hang Squat clean + Split Jerk, 1.1.2, every 2 mins - work to a moderate set, no fails, rest as needed. Endurance wod Every 5 mins X 6 sets 15 wall balls 20/14 300 m row 15 burpees
