3 Hang squat cleans
start light, Increase weight each set
Every 90 x 5 sets:
3 squat clean
Increase weight each set
Every 90 secs x 3 sets:
3 squat Clean & split jerks
Increase weight each set
B) every 2 mins X 5 sets
3 push press + 2 push jerk + 1 split jerk -start light, add weight every set
Endurance: 40 Minute amrap : 5 Pull-Ups 10 Push-Ups 15 Air Squats 20 lengths shuttle run
