B) As many rounds/reps as possible in 7 minutes: 3 Front Squats 95/65 3 Bar over Burpees 6 Front Squats 95/65 6 Bar over Burpees 9,9-12,12... ect Rest 5 minutes As many rounds/reps as possible in 7 minutes 3 Thrusters (95/65) 3 T2B 6 Thrusters (95/65) 6 T2B 9,9-12,12... etc
