A) 10 min Emom: Snatch Balance + OHS Start @ 75/55 and + 10lbs every other set B) 1 Snatch every 30secs x 7 sets @ 60% 1 Snatch every 30secs x 7 sets @ 65% 1 Snatch every 30secs x 7 sets @ 70% C) back squats @ 40X1 tempo work to challenging set of 6 reps rest 2 mins between sets
