*** 5pm class: Rope Workshop Skill & Technique for both climbing the ropes and also mastering Double Unders. 5pm & 6pm wod times are cancelled due to the workshop. 4pm class is reg programming. There is no charge for this class. *** A) 4 sets of 6 bench press @ 22x1 tempo B) 4 rounds: 10 pull-ups 15 burpees 20 lunges 25 sit-ups 30 air squats
