Start add medium weight and add weight every other set B) power Snatch + OHS + Above Knee hang power snatch + OHS work to a moderate set, no fails, rest as needed. C) 5 Min EMOM: 3 T&G Squat Clean & Jerk  @ moderate weight, work in form  Endurance: 10 Rounds for time: 500m Row 15 Burpees *reset rower each time
