Barbell: A) every 2 mins x 5 sets of: 2 front squats + 1 split jerk Start at moderate weight and add 5-10lbs each set B)Every 2 minutes X 3 sets: 3 High Hang Snatch Then: Every 2 minutes X 3 sets: 3 Hang Snatch Then: Every 2 minutes X 3 sets: 3 Snatch C. 2 back squats every 90sec @ 20X0 tempo x 6 sets. Start add medium weight and add weight every other set working to a tough double Endurance: 2 Rounds for Time * 400 meter Run * 26 Hand Release Push-ups * 400 meter Run * 26 Kettlebell Swings 53/35 * 400 meter Run * 26 Sit-ups * 400 meter Run * 26 Deadlifts 75/55 * 400 meter Run * 26 Air Squats * 400 meter Run * 26 Box Jumps 24/20  Boston Marathon memorial wod. Athletes will alternate between 400 meter runs and 26 of a movement, one rep for every mile of the race." This workout pre-dates the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing, but now serves as a memorial for the victims of the attack, which took place on April 15, 2013.
