A) 4 sets: 10-12 Bent-Over Barbell Row Rest 30 seconds Max reps Pull-Up Rest 30 seconds B) For time: 50 Power Cleans 225/155 At the beginning of every minute, starting at 0, perform 5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many power cleans as you can. At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 burpees and then max rep power cleans and so on until you reach 50 total Power Cleans.
