A) 3 sets: 6-8 back rack lunges @ Body weight B) pick 1 of the following 2 options: 1. 30 tire flips for time OR 2. 3 x 200 m sled drag, Rest as needed C) death by air bike and sit-ups: Min 1) 1 cal AB + 2 Sit-ups Min 2) 2 cal AB + 4 Sit-ups Min 3) 3 cal AB + 6 Sit-ups.... etc Follow the rep scheme until You can no longer fit both movements into the 1 minute time frame
