Barbell: A) 15 min emom: 1 power clean + split jerk add weight each set until 2 Consecutive fails at the same Weight B) front squats: 2 Sets of 4 @ 70% 2 sets of 3 @ 75% 2 sets of 2 @ 80% C) 3 sets of the following complex: 1 power clean + 1 front squat 2 power clean + 2 front squats 3 power clean + 3 front squats Rest 2 mins between complexes Endurance 5 Rounds For Time 20 Pull-Ups 30 Push-Ups 40 Sit-Ups 50 Air Squats 3 Minutes Rest Time each round. Score is total time to complete the workout.
