Split jerk: 5Sets, resting as needed between: 1 Pausing Split Jerk* 1 Split Jerk *(2) Pauses: – 2s in Dip – 2s in Catch (split) C) 10 sets: 1 squat clean + 1 Front squat + 1 push jerk +1 split jerk Work up to a moderate set Endurance: 1000m row 100 pullups 2000 m row 200 pushups 3000 m row 300 air squats
